BTW, I just checked the Florida State Corporation Commission and Moon did not pay its annual renewal fees. Now they have a mandatory $400 dollars late fee and the company is waiting in que to be expired on the FL State Corporation Commission.

I guess Frank and his lawyer are very in-tune with the company bills.
Its now more obvious the Company doesn't pays its bills.
