Frank is trying to sell an idea based on the old ass concept of giving saving bonds as a gift through a crypto method -hence :Bit-Gift" but MONI has no verifiable assets that have passed any audit to add value to the company.

That rings true. MONI said on Oct 27, 2021 they are in receipt of their audited financials and will be filing a Form 10 application for up-listing shortly. More news to follow.

More news never followed. There was no audited financials release nor uplisting. Wonder what that "top tier PCAOB audit firm" found? Heck, who was that " top tier PCAOB audit firm"?

$MONI has hired a top tier PCAOB audit firm and will be filing an SEC form 10 registration along with our audited financials in the next 30-45 days. Our plan is to up-list to QB status ASAP. Moving forward all filings will be handled through this auditing team.
