Just based in those numbers alone, the company has 1.54 billion equal to shares outstanding plus obligations under various derivatives.

That does not count the shares owed to Advent for the various milestones.

I would be surprised if it is not over 1.7B fully diluted shares by end of this year,

The fully diluted share count was under 100M in fall 2015 when the FDA halted enrollment and LP told NW to go F himself.
