Bunka is basically stealing from shareholders. By repricing his options he dilutes everyone else. If repricing options isn’t bad enough he is also issuing himself more shares. Shareholders are dumb so they won’t bother to read what they are voting for. If they read it they would vote him out for even suggesting such a thing.
