They can recognize revenue if certain conditions are met
Revenue would recognized when accrued, but would it appear anywhere in the cash or equivalent on hand until the money actually shows up? Doesn't appear that amount of money showed up at the bank yet but I could be wrong. Don't know how that works with accounts receivable either.
