I will be trying to transfer to Fidelity, but I know they won't allow the transfer of CE and EM tickers, so my backup plan is to try a transfer with CIBC....if that doesn't work then TDA will have to keep my account open and if they liquidate my positions I will end up taking them to arbitration...here's the letter TDA sent to me:
