I know, for a fact, he reads this board.

He contacted me years back because he thought I was too negative on here. We had back and forth conversations on how he could correct the situation at that time. I even offered assistance on one aspect of the company. He ignored me, which was fine, because that was just weeks prior to the SEC issuing the halt. I could have been embroiled in this mess more than I would have wanted.
