Thanks, I believe that when the good news starts hitting here we'll have a much bigger move on a percentage basis. It is great to see IMGN where it belongs, I think that it will exceed $20 this year.

I don’t think a license partner cares about what exchange NWBO is on or what it’s share price is. JMHO

Not having partners is not a “governance” problem. Partners can reduce dilution but they can also, without shareholders understanding take value early that they never see as dilution because it was taken early, whereas dilution can be addressed as well, over the very long-run or by continuing to invest in start-ups on different rounds as is the case in private equity.

IMHO, people should probably invest in these companies, in fact, as if they have some of the qualities of private equity. That’s my view. You have liquidity to some degree, but it is harmed if you buy and hold too early, and if you buy when it is discounted even then your ability to take the profits you anticipated by a major success are delayed frequently. But causing management to take any old deal, and insisting that THAT is consistent with “good governance” is not really true. It’s always a case by case decision and the team you have in place are elected by shareholders on the assumption that shareholders will elect people whose judgment they trust. I think for most, that is the situation even if some bears and certain of their allies like to constantly throw knives at management as a part of their sowing of negative narratives.

The reality is a lot of companies I am watching are up quite a bit in recent weeks. I would not be surprised if we see the same here. This has been oversold.
