Say the word was probably and if he said that. Could be taken in a positve text instead of a negative text. probably could mean he might be thinking of doing the filings BEFORE becoming pink. Bottom line is Mark will get it done. He is going by what his people tell him to do (OTC/ SEC /ATTORNEY /CFO or whoever the heck it is)
Mark specifically said he would get it done (AFTER) becoming pink. Personally I have my reservations about AFTER as my question would have to be what would it hurt TO DO IT NOW (and possibly be re-instated before the 60 day clock runs down). But obviously I am not an expert in how companies do things. Just stating what makes sense to me.
