Amarin is not capable of leading a volume play without market protection. Europe is looking more unlikely and China will protect no manufacturer. This is why supply contracts continue to need renegotiations. As just another supplier of encapsulated IPE, small Amarin appears to have little control of the market. Suppliers no longer need to treat Amarin with any preference. Tough position we are in!
