Read the article Frank 2 linked and you find out the deal isn't closing anytime soon. Sound like June at the earliest. That's IF the deal closes.

What a bunch of BS - the deal was supposed to close in 2 weeks.

Therefore investors can expect an announcement before May 26th regarding this deal.

If this deal closes, MONI’s reverse merger could follow soon after.
