Deal 'supposed to' close by Apr. 26th? That was a lot of BS.

Some think the deal is going to close by May 15th.

Confusing 'deals' and no one that works with or for the company ever said the BitGift deal would close by May 15th. That was an investor that was 'hoping' it would close.

Read the article and you find out the deal isn't closing anytime soon. Sound like June at the earliest. That's IF the BitGift deal even closes.

Therefore investors can expect an announcement before May 26th regarding this deal.

If this deal closes, MONI’s reverse merger could follow soon after.

This does sound like some 'insider information', doesn't it? These dates and timeframes were never made public. All investors had to go on was the 10 day bs. How did that turn out?
