JRoon71, What intrigues me (and may escape a lot of investors) is that it is not about AMRN delivering anything. It is all about Alex Denner getting the best possible outcome for Sarissa and all other shareholders. Has Denner ever had as much control over a publicly traded company than what he has now with AMRN? I don't believe so. Denner has to deliver on this investment because it is all in his hands. This is Denner's platform to show what he can do! If Denner believes that a sale of AMRN is the best way forward then he has the power to get that to happen. Denner is known for doing his research thoroughly before taking a position. I doubt if began this thinking he would have the entire BOD right out of the gate. This is Alex Denner's show! Win or lose, he is the GUY!
