It was operating like a well oiled scam machine. Then Covid hit and allowed the company to cut its losses by about half by shutting down. It also gave Roger an excuse for the failure of dozens of bullshit claims (that had nothing to do with covid). Then Covid ended and Roger fired Rogen for actually doing his job, stole control of the company (along with another $3.5M) and shut down the audits that he totally screwed up and Rogen was trying to fix.
Nobody has torpedoed the success of this company like Roger has.
