The CEO does not really care about the shareholders, but please do not twist that statement and suggest this company is a scam. What I am trying to say is this uplist and offering is more about the Good Old Boys Network then retail. Just look at the Fins, they have done transactions to reward insiders.

Only an audit can prove it, and they can't seem to get an audit when other companies on high listed exchanges seem to gte them every quarter.
