What I am trying to say is this uplist and offering is more about the Good Old Boys Network then retail.

Isn´t it eventually irrelevant if retail or insider? Both will enjoy a pps-level at a multiple of now - let alone any dollar-range.
Dunno what´d be wrong with that ... assumed naturally this special subtle pps-turboplan (as described by you) will resp. can indeed occur ...

Yup…this stock is indeed an anomaly…to have those kind of numbers and then retrace to 50% of the high would be shocking, NORMALLY…

It’s just refreshing to know what’s going on behind the scenes…and makes one content to buy and hold.

Do you think they could even be withholding the results of the audit…until they get the percentage of shares they want?
