I don't recall ever seeing a transaction like this where the company's entire NASDAQ market cap (T cell IP and two manufacturing facilities) is $8M, but the purchase price for the two facilities without the T cell IP is $19M. A market cap is supposed to reflect a handsome multiple of potential revenue. So I guess the reality is there was no value in market cap attached to the T cell IP. And, with no formal appraisal we'll never know.

How about you using facts!

The following is a quote from my Post, that you seek to ridicule:
“He got the income producing New Manufacturing Facility, probably below MRKR’s cost”.

Note: The word “definitely” is not used above. When you add up all the $s that Phantom Lord referenced, my word “probably” seemingly is very appropriate.
