They do not have to wait the maturity date.

Besides even if they do, 913K SHARES WERE TRADED IN APRIL..

RED ROAD IS DONE.

Can't trust anything DTII states-- they are SCAM COMPANY company!!!!!!!!!

Also, DTII is now primed to fall in price now that the all the converted shares are now sold.

The market makers kept the price up, to let those shares able to be sold, since the MM's make their money on volume.
