i mean not like i'm going to crash the stock by saying this but that blip in the filing wasn't very encouraging .... did not meet sales goals ... shuffling the board of directors deck so early on in the lineage of the company...

I agree they obviously will be spending less on payroll (for a period of time)

I disagree about any lawsuit potential. It’s really quite simple. There was a revenue milestone which the company did not reach in a specified period of time. The result of which was that the company did not have to pay out share-based bonus incentives to these officers.

They didn’t like that and they quit.

Pretty straightforward.
