when there is a "disagreement" there will be lawyers involved..... Those officers that resigned were getting paid great, very close to $10k a month if not more. Its not easy to let go of that kind of money after a "disagreement."
I know certain "milestones" weren't met, but the "disagreement" word is very foretelling. Usually when you see someone resign it doesn't say that word.
We will see what comes of this, if NNRX continues to file their Quarterly Reports. I believe we see something about a lawsuit in their 3rd Quarter Report or their Annual Report.
