I don't think many of the Anavex employees live in NYC. The office is a room or two in a shared space floor at Rockefeller center with access to board and meeting rooms. There is no room for a staff at the 'office'. Like many small Biotech companies, AVXL is mostly a virtual operation. The CFO lives in Canada and gets paid in Canadian dollars. For all we know, CM runs the show from Germany. There's no reason the 3 FDA folks would move from the DC suburbs. Zoom works from anywhere and there is no room at the HQ.
We only know the salaries for Missling, Boenisch and the BOD. Purchases and sales of stock by other employees is not public information. I assume they get a combination of salary and options but I've never seen details, even for other offices like Kaufmann, Klamer, Toutain Hammond and he 3 FDA PhD.
