Do I understand correctly, that COVID issues only affected Q3 and Q4 of 2022?
So the company discussing COVID and it's effects in all of their filings since 08/2020 was...well what was the point of those discussions in the notes. Like this one from Q2 2020: BioElectronics was forced to curtail its manufacturing, shipping and distribution operations in the second quarter, like many medical device companies with a global logistics network, due to COVID-19.
Admittedly this somewhat negated by the later Subsequent Events note in the same filing, but it also seems to be in opposition to your theory that "China Issues Were Not Known".
So if we take the COVID rationale off the table for early 2020, what was the reasoning for the dismal sales numbers back then (e.g. Q2 2020 = 34K worst quarter since 2012).
