ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL (ARTS)--SEC REVOKED for lying about books being audited when they clearly were not. Before that there were two reverse splits in 1 year: 1-for-50 followed by 1-for-24,000.

KALEX CORP (KLXC)-- DELISTED

3D ENTERTAINMENT SOLUTIONS (TDEY)-- REVERSE MERGED/ transferred to Eddie's longtime scam lawyer/ toxic financier Jonathan Leinwand (Mastiff Group LLC). Investors destroyed via a 1-for-50,000 reverse split.

Add those to AURI, BDGR, PBHG, PRPM, SUTI, TSRR, UITA.
