All this PROMOTION will not help shareholders! Auditor resigned for specified reasons in 8K, AND Company is in DEFAULT on debt. Why would anyone buy this stock until these issues get resolved?

AND furthermore, I believe Company is on cash fumes. We'll all see it in the 10K and the 10Q. BTW; the 10Q is due to be filed by May 15th for the first quarter.
