There are definitely some concerns with the auditor matter and their financial situation. The next few months will be interesting to see what Avenir does to address the above. Also do they have the $$ available to do their planned TV ads?
I'm pretty sure you believe as I do, there will be a NT-10-Q filed just before the 15th. I doubt seriously the new auditor's can get the financial mess in order before that date.
