Surprising West Virginia is a gas hot spot. Drilling activity has really picked up in that region in the past five years.

MKGP successfully drilled 4 gas wells there last year and own more than 50 leases out there. Late last year they altered their direction to Big Foot in Texas because they have no cost associated in that project and get paid as the operator to develop it. It only made sense because their were no risks associated and everything made there from their interest would be sheer profit.
