Point being though if he HAD NOT been issued the proper amounts for his P's K's and U's in the original conversion to WMIH in 2012, what would his recourse be today and who would he even contact???????
Again imho it is past the 10 yr statute of limitations from WHEN THE SHARES WERE ISSUED

SO can anything been done to correct it if in fact he or others were shorted?????? ME thinks not
