#69179 RE: m0n #69178

The "Private Placement" was original PRd as a $400,000.00 "subscription." Because the USDA grant had too many strings attached. (meaning Walther & Windsor couldn't personally pocket all the money)

The truth of the matter is IFUS would never have gotten a grant. The USDA is easy to work with but, they are not morons and recognize blatant scams when they see them. The PRd "subscription" was no more than the sale of heavily discounted shares to insiders.

The last quarterly report, as per the 4th amendment thereto, spells it out. That report also, suggests, that with that money, Walther purchased shares at a 90% discount, giving him a profit of $540,000.00.

On top of that, Rhonda Windsor was given 35,000,000 shares at a 60% discount, plus, 8,000,000 shares completely free. That would bring a profit of $397,000.00.

If shareholders are wondering why this isn't performing like they had hoped, 1) they are competing with vast amounts of free shares, and 2) No revenue.
