Trials were performed with manual processes. You will have to get approved with manual processes. They are in no position to get approved with automated processes. They are slow af.....that is the answer. The guy has better things to do than to wait around for a few years. He is an inventor.

PM,

Congratulations on your long position! I am glad that you are committed to your investment.

You are correct that automation and production capacity are crucial to addressing a global market. The ASCO 2022 presentation linked below might answers some of your questions about manufacturing DCVax-L as a commercial pharmaceutical product.

Maybe there will be some additional information offered this year at ASCO since Dr. Bosch will be presenting on a topic that includes cancers beyond GBM.

He has his deal from tbe acquisition, he has likely fulfilled his commitments, completed his knowledge transfer, is probably available on a consulting basis and so is off to newer ventures.

I know someone from Cambridge, Mass who knows Shashi. She is a Professor at Harvard Medical School along with Shashi. He is a inventor by heart. He is working on another start up. Nantite (spelling?) I think it is. AI company. Flaskworks isnt his only invention. Inventors sell their Company and patents then move on to other things. Its not abnormal, particularly for high-level tech inventors such as Shashi. Constantly looking for something new to do. You are always looking for something negative for the spin, aren't you?

That was typical and part of the merger arrangement. NWBO is not too employee heavy. His company and patents were purchased and he stayed on pursuant to the merger agreement up to meeting of certain milestones. Period.

This is a ridiculous take. When companies are bought the founders of the tiny acquisitions often move on to new challenges. He was and remains a professor. He likely had more research and new endeavors ahead. He has shares and will also likely remain accessible to the company as they need. There is no indication of anything negative here and there was no obligation to announce anything. The details were in the merger related documentation. He has never been a senior executive of NWBO.

PM,

Take a look at the following news. Note with whom Shashi founded the new company Nanite.

Nora Horick is Shashi's wife. She just coauthored a paper published this year. If you take a look at the her disclosure on the Conflict of Interest, you might figure out the answer to your question.
