Sure he would. Consider all the crazy emails and comment letters the Get Shorty bunch has written to exactly the same people. I think it's like he's either 1) a nutjob, or 2) someone who doesn't understand how any of this works.

Or maybe both. Why's he writing to people in both the U.S. and Canada? And I believe from what I read about him the last time, he lives in India.
