#139407 RE: tkg #139406

Tkg, I think it is becoming more clear all the time that LWLG is going to be a big winner, it may have taken us 20 years of development, and the Industry has been trying for at least 40 years, so yeah, it was not an easy nut to crack, but when Lebby, who joined LWLG almost a decade ago, says that the time has come that the technology is ready to be unleashed into the commercial realm to begin its journey to Ubiquity, and that he is now focused 100% on creating the Licensing and Technology Transfer Agreements, and he even hired an expert to assist in this work, it is a VERY EXCITING time for shareholders, now the big question is will he meet his own internal 12 month goals set out at the ASM in May 2022 of a Licensing & a Technology Transfer Agreement, I for one would like to think that these are doable in the short one month window remaining before the 2023 ASM, but I can virtually guarantee that if not met, these goals are not simply rolled into 12 months goals again, instead I would fully expect Lebby to inform shareholders about the negotiations LWLG was involved with, how many, how close to finalizing them, etc, and I personally would believe that any extension would be for a few weeks or perhaps up to one quarter to finalize the Agreements, the fact is that these type of Agreements can be quite complex

In any case, the shareholder base has been here a really long time and are NOT leaving just as this holy grail technology is at the point of its commercialization with the prospect of Ubiquity in the offing!!! The 20 million Shorts are seeing the volume declining and there really is no easy exit for them without volume selling, and I don't believe EVEN IF Lebby falls short on his internal 12 month goal but provides shareholders some detailed notes on just how close he is to Agreement finalizations, shareholders of 20 years ain't selling now!! I think even LOVELWLG would agree to that!!
