I don't think he would have mentioned the sharp decline in numbers had Missling at least mentioned his knowledge of the situation and reasons associated with it.

I like openness not keeping information in his back pocket.

I still see him as an "option grant cowboy" without any inclination to become a real shareholder who is willing to have risk like others...

Agree. Would add that this statement is true for both the study participant and their caregiver. At least two people would be required to make in person visits IMO. This may be a family member who the study participant would seek to keep safe.
