It does not matter what AA is. If he cannot pay off the AMC Co. bills all bets are over. The shorts win and we lose. Shorts know that and that is why they are not covering. The shorts are just running out the clock and hoping the lawsuit strangles AMC from raising cash and forcing AMC into bankruptcy. AA should have sold AMC shares at $50 to pay off the debt in 2021, instead he sold his own shares for his fake retirement that never happened. If he did that he would not have needed to create APE shares as a poison pill against MOASS or BANKRUPTCY APES looking to strangle the AMC Co for the MOASS. Believe me I was one of these greedy APES when I first got into this play.
