It does not matter what AA is. If he cannot pay off the AMC Co. bills all bets are over. The shorts win and we lose. Shorts know that and that is why they are not covering. The shorts are just running out the clock and hoping the lawsuit strangles AMC from raising cash and forcing AMC into bankruptcy.
