This post should be stickied. It has successfully embraced my sentiments regarding the lawsuit and our potential as a group of ordinarily supportive shareholders to inadvertently destroy the very positive story we have with DCVax. Thank you Biosectinvestor.

All longs are investors be because of the science. DCVax works and will be approved. However, all longs have seen how the manipulation has impacted NWBO. It's inexcusable and we want revenge and our day in court. I'm sure some new investors look at the lawsuit as a plus. I do for many reasons.

Why has the lawsuit taken the front-seat over the science?

Its a easy question to answer: There is more information available about the lawsuit recently than there is on where NW is with the MAA application. For years and years, retail talked about the science, only to watch the SP continue to drop. Even after peer-review and JAMA. Also, keep in mind the public/retail NW Bio investor view themselves as a victim (rightfully so IMO) and they need Villain. Since December, they now have one. And a true Villain at that, not a bogeyman in the closet. The Citadel Lawsuit is real with concrete evidence of price suppression of NW shares. This isn't some game or distraction from the science, as you suggest. High-level, silk-stalking Lawyers dont mess round with BS litigation. Its real, and is a lone of the reasons why the SP is at .51. NW was right to try and protect shareholders. Also, the public view of the science doesnt matter anyway, it is what Regulators think and no amount of public screaming from the roof-tops has made a difference. With NW, approvals alone is what will move the stock, not you or anyone else concentrating on the science vs. the LS. You have done that for years, and its gotten you and the SP nowhere. If NW wins this suit, its a huge cash windfall that will have more impact on the Company than retail investors talking about the science. This is why its gaining much attention.

Doc, I don't think the company has made the litigation a problem. My view has always been that so much of the company's story is told by shareholders. Now that so many shareholders talk more about the lawsuit and criminals than the company, DCVax, the science and the doctors (obviously it is much more emotionally satisfying to some to do this), the less interesting it is as a potential investment by random people who happen to see information about the company. I would not invest in a "litigation" opportunity. One of my friends works at a hedge fund. He has been telling other friends that there is a fantastic litigation opportunity for a penny stock that is valued at a very low valuation. If they win, it will create windfall. That story never struck me as investible. Not sure why it would be investable here.

Dead on, as was the rest of your post.
