hmmmm looks pretty suspicious to me!!!!! but it doesn't surprise me...Big money does whatever they want with NO limitations....and their tentacles stretch into every crevice of financial, political, judicial and any other department that has influence...... wondering how they are improving on their alogrithms with all new AI out their....engineers at Citadel and HF's are probably working in overdrive... hehehehehehehehehehehe...just another opinion
Not sure I trust this judge in this matter. Sounds as though someone is really trying to prolong this fight just to see if AMC goes under if it does not raise more capital in 6 months or so....who is to say that many letters / messages she recieved are not from "schills / deceptors".
After all......this is a FIGHT!
She can delay this and still not even go by the recommendations special master lays out.
i don't think 6-12 months. amc's cash would get too low with that time frame and the judge knows that. we are probably back to the 2-4 months max, imo. let's wait to see what happens tomorrow.
