1. Issue a declaration of holding APE and AMC With info related to your ownership and if and how you / they voted

2. Issue a motion in support to dismiss due to a perception of an injury by the plaintiff and or the derivative contracts partner

3. Issue a motion to support a share holders vote count confirmation request due to a perception of an injury by the defendant and or the derivative contracts partner

4. Issue a declaration statement not in support of a settlement delusion

Again declaring public facts not stupid stuff Like calling people popcorn or calling out theories or references to other sources you tube videos
