You are correct, I said shorting however, I wasn’t referring to ASTA in the case of naked shorts. It is clear, there are shorts in play with ASTA. I can’t define what is abusive or ordinary shorts.

I also think we can all agree that Naked Shorts of any kind won’t be captured by FTD filters. I have yet to see any verified proof that naked shorts exist at all let alone in ASTA’s case.

Unlawful naked shorting can only be tracked by whistleblowers from inside their prop shop using their proprietary trader platforms. What platforms do these ASTA toxic lenders use? Bring the receipts!! Looks like ASTA has some unregistered broker dealers masquerading as lenders. RICO is the new fashion LABEL.
