No, it’s not clear nor do I agree on either point. I don’t believe there are abusive “shorts in play” on ASTA, that’s merely an opinion. Verify with FINRA Short Interest.
I also do not agree to the claim that naked shorts supposedly won’t be caught by FTD filters. It is interesting how many traders are unable to grasp a simple fact: that if a stock lacks significant fails to deliver, it cannot have a problem with naked shorting. *Significant means sufficiently great to be worthy of attention.
I don’t take anything posted on Twitter as factual, I’ll do my own DD.
