What is your best " translation " of that notification?

For me it looks like:

Hey people, you can have a burger, but no more than 10.
We will limit you to 10 burgers.

Hey ALPP, if you ask for another extension, we will give you 180 days, not 181.
We will limit you to 180 days.

????
