If I had to lay a bet down on how its going to turn out, I'd say that NWBO will accept a settlement of 300-400 million, if they can survive the current beat down in the stock price. Citadel will not have to admit any wrongdoing, and will carry on as usual. The other defendants may settle for smaller amounts individually, or join Citadel as a group.
Sorry to say, that is how this particular multiverse we are living in has been working.
