Remember, ENZC's subsidiaries are NOT merging with SAGA. SAGA is outright acquiring them. This is not your standard SPAC deal. This is a cash injection for ENZC, nothing more. ENZC will not merge with SAGA in any way, meaning no Nasdaq listing. Crazy how many people on social media are not understanding this.
