I could see where parts of plan 6 could as well be carried over to PLAN 7.
BUT with that being said, I would EXPECT THE SAME VERBIAGE to be a part of plan 7A

TO me it is just like ANY OTHER contractual agreement, if it is not stated within the context of the contract/plan it is not part of it.
TO me plan 6 did not receive court approval, so for all intents it was INVALIDATED, so they moved on to plan 7 which in turn was NOT validated, then there was plan 7 amended, which WAS GRANTED and APPROVED by the COURT
TIME WILL TELL AND TIME TELLS ALL HERO OR ZERO

I think the right question is : who was ‘actually’ controlling the Liquidation Trust , when plan 7 ( pay off all creditors) was approved ?
