1. Stock down 98.75 % from .016 several years ago.
2. Booted from Pink to grey/expert. Where stocks go to die.
3. Almost 2 years delinquent financials. Investors left in the dark. No info.
4. Risk of SEC Revocation due to severe delinquency.
5. Share structure info 10 months stale. Dilution? Toxic Financing?
