#4412 RE: Lc3ltd #4411

In my opinion the reason they called in the dogs (lobbyists) to get the FTC to try to put IVDN out of business, was when they were losing market share. Home Depot was cutting 50% of the space they were displaying Tyvek to make room for Insultex House-wrap. They had been selling it mainly from their web-site, and based on the increased demand, from new and continuing satisfied customers they were ready to expand in a big way, in-stores.

I have commented to your point that after literally beating the Federal Trade Commission in a Federal Case (a very rare outcome for any business, especially a small one) that we should have marketed our product in all the trade magazines, and websites, that the people who Specify the products for new jobs (Architects and Contractors).

For whatever reason the company has waited, and now that they need some updated testing confirmation before major projects can begin, I understand their logic of not spending funds if the outcome is still based on these new analytics of how the product has properties that no other ones in the world have.

Although I have been frustrated in the continued low share-price, nothing has changed. We have the only moisture barrier in the world, in a multi-billion dollar industry, that has an R Value, let alone an R-6. This means if the local building requirements are an R-21, for a new construction, after using our material, the builder only needs to add R-15. This is a significant cost savings, on top of the fact that by using our product, it also saves money in other aspects in construction.

Once all analytics are documented and up to date, the large and small orders will be rushing in. This material is a Disruptive Technology, that actually has already been proven in the market place, and once we regain greater sales, and IF PROPERLY MARKETED, we will laugh at how cheaply we were able to buy this stock. And in my opinion, there will be a race to own this product, because anyone that owns this, with the right amount of marketing money will completely dominate this building industry.

Add to that how the pure Insultex, could make every piece of clothing, sleeping bag, tent, hot tub, wall paper, garage door and thousands of other products not just warmer, and energy efficient, but more cost efficient. In a world where many groups and Govt. agencies are looking to help decrease the amount of Carbon sent into the atmosphere, we once again hit the sweet spot.

The simple fact that we now have the patents to control this incredible science of Evacuated Cells that diverts heat or cold from escaping from the walls and roofs of buildings, should make this a steal for any major corporation to buy us out for at least $20+ a share.
