Thanks hyperopia for following thru this import export HTA process. I understand we got the Import HTA license. Is the Export license a prerequisite now to file the MAA? Is there a hard deadline for that? Exporting operation commences only after MAA or product approval is granted right? Can they not obtain the Export license post approval of the MAA? TIA.
