I would hope that now that we've authorized 1.7 billion shares that they wouldn't be selling the discounted C's at all, the outstanding options have prices set and eventually they'll all be converted to stock. Why not ask, or force holders of these options to cash them in. Those wishing to do the cashless option cost the company a little less stock, which they can sell later for far more money per share.
The quarterly should tell us something about what they're doing, but it won't say anything about this month, so it's subject to change.
