Good suggestion. Unfortunately, it cannot help what has already occurred, if anything has. The biggest hurdle is DBMM has zero resources. Actually, zero is being kind, they have negative resources. In fact, they are borrowing to preform basic business functions at this point.
To be clear, I don't believe the situation is as dire as DBMM puts out. There has always been behind the vail activity here.
