hyperopia, I had a chance to go through Autolomous‘ website, and they specifically mentioned that their AutoloMATE eBMR software is currently being used to automate the production of an autologous DC Vaccine, and they list Advent Bioservices as a customers.

It’s obvious to me that they are working with NWBio, and their software is being used to manufacture DCVax-L. This bodes well for the DCVax-L commercialization launch, and subsequent manufacturing scale-up in the UK and the EU. Kudos to Linda Powers, and the NWBio and Advent senior management teams for being proactive and visionary in this regard:

hyperopia, thx for the info on the batch software, good to know Advent is completely meeting current RA processing expectations with current edge technology. This type of system could most likely operate in hybrid mode with semi-manual processing or in full automation mode with Flaskworks, which is optimal. I am hopeful the upcoming approval process includes Flaskworks, and if so, I am ok with their timeline performance.
