If UW had no standing for Class 22 Assets, then how/why were they 'originally' 'put' in Class 22?

Ron, Is it true that the UW's ,WERE, supposed to be in Class 22, and needed Court Approval to be moved to Class 19? Which they DID NOT GET. They were 'snuck into' Class 19. I believe that Alice wanted them back to their previous Class 22 status. She was NOT attempting to give away anything. She wanted to PREVENT Class 19 from losing what UW's were (erroneously) awarded.The Court refused to look at (enforce) this fact, and the judge stated, 'she would have approved the move, had she known'. Which clearly shows she 'for some reason'?? was not made aware of it when it was 'snuck thru'.
